MDS Traineeship in the UK
Keelings became a member company with MDS in 2022. MDS supports the training and development of graduates and apprentices working in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. Trainees are also supported by gaining MDS certificates in leadership and management qualifications.
Rotations
We offer trainees a six- or twelve-month secondment in our business, providing trainees with experience in commercial, technical, quality, operations, procurement, HR, sales and marketing.

Seasonal Workers
Every year we have opportunities for seasonal workers on our farm and in our production facility in North-County Dublin, Ireland. We grow strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries and apples in glasshouses and polytunnels on our 450-acre farm. We provide our seasonal workers with support in sourcing accommodation and arranging transport to work each day.
Daily Tasks
Our seasonal workers plant, weed, de-runner, de-leaf, harvest, weigh, grade and pack our fruit.
